V. The products usually will takes about 7-10 working days for you receive them . Sometimes it may take longer to receive due to uncontrollable circumstance.
VI.We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.But we will try our best to track for you and let you receive the order as soon as possible .
VII.Occasional delay in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or out of stock,in the case we can contact you timely.
VIII.Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.It must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
Return Policy
We do our best to complete your transaction without any complications.We donot accept any returns unless we send you the wrong size/item or the production have distinct
dilapidation/damage.In the case, you can send it back to us within 7 days for an exchange. Please email us at once as soon as your realize you receive the wrong size or item.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship out the new items until we have received the items from you. If further problems occur with your order, please e-mail us to discuss the issue further. For return, shoes must be unworn and unwashed, brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with,without any tape or marks on the shoe box.We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or if the tags have been removed.Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees of the shoes send back china.Please donot send the items back without our permission ,or we will not reship anything.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn condition.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defected, wrong color/size was sent, mistakes
made on the part of ieshoes.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the merchandise are darker/lighter than pictured,had minor color differences from the picture,do not fit (see below for more info),I would rather have a different one.
All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.
Customers are required to email us within 7 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process.
Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
